On 9 March 2015, Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled a brand-new MacBook at the Spring Forward Apple Watch event if you have not already heard about it. It is by far the thinnest MacBook ever, which measures 13.1 mm, a massive 24% reduction compared to the previous thinnest MacBook Air. and it weighs just 927 grammes!


Tim Cook was even joking on the stage stating, " I can't even feel it!".

Other than the impressive thickness, Apple has also altered the keyboard to a full-size keyboard with butterfly mechanism for a much more precise typing experience. Also, each buttons on the keyboard now has its individual LED lighting! Moreover, the trackpad has also been redesigned to sense not only touch and tap, but also pressure of your tapping actions which is known as the Force Touch!

On top of that, the new Macbook comes with only one port, the new USB-C port which provides charging, data transfer and video output.

Unlike the conventional laptops, the New MacBook does not have any fans in it which makes it astonishingly quiet and it also has multiple built-in batteries which can last up to nine hours!
