Boat Noodle at Sutera Mall, Johor

My apology for the terribly crooked photo. My phone's battery was almost flat.
Hello blog buddies! Have you ever heard of Boat Noodle? It is a famous street food originated from Thailand and customers usually are given with two options which are chicken or beef thai boat noodles. Boat Noodle or kuai tiao ruea got its name from the merchants who used to sell these noodles from a small boat at Bangkok's canal. It is served in small bowl, with a mouthful-portion of noodle for they fear that the noodles would spill easily if the noodles are prepared in big portion. Although boat noodles are now served in restaurants, people would still retain its historical identity by serving them in a small bowl.

The Menu
Ayutthaya Thai Chicken Rice Noodle
Recently, I have visited this Boat Noodle shop which is located at Sutera Mall in Johor Bahru. I only tried the Chicken Thai Rice Noodle (Ayutthaya) since I already had meals before I came here. According to the waitress, Ayutthaya is spicier than the Pathumthani. Each bowl of the boat noodles costs RM 1.90. The Ayutthaya chicken that rice noodle tasted amazingly good as the broth has a rich flavour. The only downside was that the portion of the noodles were remarkably smaller than the other boat noodles' restaurants I have visited previously. For more information, visit Boat Noodle's Facebook Page. On that note, I am going to end this post here. Till then, au revoir! :)
