I just have to post this! Who knows that Rebecca Black can actually sing this well!? Last I checked, Rebecca who has risen to fame after releasing her debut single "Friday" back in 2011 did not do so good with her vocal skills. The music video even garnered more dislikes than likes *ouch*. Personally I think her voice was autotuned just too much in that song. I was even hesitating a little bit to watch the video when I first saw Alessia Cara's "Scars To Your Beautiful" uploaded on YouTube covered by Rebecca.

Much to my surprise, she was like turning over a new leaf and her voice is actually pretty impressive! Kurt Hugo Schneider was, on the other hand, seemed so busy handling all the music instruments at the back. What do you think of Rebecca Black's cover? Recently, English indie pop band Bastille releases a live version of his lead single from their second studio album ,"Wild World (2016)",  "Good Grief" at Capitol Studio in their YouTube channel. Written by Bastille frontman Dan Smith, the song highlights the feeling of grief and loss, be it due to loss of a relationship or death. According to Smith, "It could be a massive celebration of someone, or hugely sad. There could be moments of euphoria and people getting pissed and collapsing on the floor". He further added, grief is a "complicated reality".

Personally, somehow I can feel the tone of sadness from the song and it has meaningful lyrics. Besides, I like the live version better than the original version of the song. The music video of the song was debuted on 22 June 2016. Well, I think the music video is pretty confusing at times. What do you think of Bastille's "Good Grief"? Several weeks ago, I kept hearing this song playing on the radio repeatedly and I found out that it is "Closer" which is sang by American DJ called The Chainsmokers. In addition, the song also features American singer Halsey! One of the members from The Chainsmokers, Andrew Taggart also provides his vocals in that particular song.

In all honesty, I have to admit that the song itself is amazing and it has basically topped the charts in more than ten countries ranging from Australia, US, Canada to the UK. Nonetheless, I feel that the song is much better in the music video than the artists singing it live. Not being judgy but Andrew Taggart's vocal is just way off compared to the original voice in the track. Halsey, on the other hand, is doing fine and her voice is fantastic. While I was watching the first episode of Grey's Anatomy's 13th season, I came across a lovely song. Without further delay, I went to search for the song via Shazam. Much to my surprise, the song, "All I Do" is sang by none other than our Malaysian singer-songwriter Yunalis Mat Zara'ai or more commonly known by the name Yuna. "All I Do" is from her third international studio album, "Chapters" which was released on 20 May 2016.

Besides, it is a ballad where Yuna sings in collaboration with composer David Foster. The soundtrack is played when Meredith Grey reveals Alex is the one who hits Andrew DeLuca. Here comes the time of the year again. As the clock struck 12 on first of November, I turned 22. Well honestly I was having some kind of mixed feelings. I felt sad that my golden 21 has finally reached to its ending but happy that I lived for another year. #confetti In addition, I instantly felt older but also wiser at the same time (hopefully). Looking back through the year, there have been a lot of things going on, be they good or bad. Without the shadow of doubt, there were more happy moments compared to less enjoyable ones.

Within that year, I get to do things such as travelling to most parts of Johor, successfully passing third year, becoming closer with my already close friends and more. I have to admit that 21 is the best year of my life to date. Hopefully 22 will be a better year, if not another best year of my life! Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the readers who have stick around to read my blog up till today even though I have not been as active as before.
