Stuffed Tofu With Cucumbers

Today I shall teach you how to make stuffed tofu with cucumbers! It is
possibly one of the easiest dish that you can prepare in less than 10
minutes. YES you see it right, done in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!

3 pieces of fried tofu
1 fresh cucumber
Sauce
5 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of chilli sauce
Instructions
1. Clean the cucumber thoroughly. Shred the cucumber by using a shredder
2. (Optional) Put the shredded cucumber into a container and then into refrigerator for minimum 2 hours.
3. Cut each square tofu from one corner to another forming 2 triangles.Cut out a thin pocket along the non-fried side of the triangle.
4. Stuff generous amount of cucumber slices into the pocket of the fried tofu. Be careful not to break the tofu.
5. Prepare the sauce by mixing 5 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce, 2 teapoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of chilli sauce in a bowl.
6. You're done! The stuffed tofus are best served chill. :)
