Not everybody can whistle. Even I can barely whistle, let alone a toddler! Little Spencer is attempting to whistle under his dad's request but to no avail. Although knowing that it is impossible, his incessant effort is indeed admirable. His dad then took this opportunity to record a video of the little boy trying to whistle and share it on the internet.
