Samsung is promoting a video call service for the hearing impaired people in an advert which uses multiple hidden cameras following Muharrem, an Istanbul resident who has lost his hearing. The footage started with Muharrem and his sister Ozlem walking out from their house and walking around their neighbourhood. Later, Muharrem was bewildered as all the people that he has encountered that morning were able to commute with him using sign language. After taking a cab to a public square, he was led by Ozlem to an electronic advertising board where he communicated with a staff from Samsung. He was moved to tears after the marketing campaign staff revealed themselves.
