American pop rock band OneRepublic has recently released their latest single "Wherever I Go" from their fourth upcoming studio album on 13 May 2016. Written and produced by lead singer Ryan Tedder as well as bassist Brent Kutzle and producer Noel Zancanella, the music video of the song was directed by the Joseph Kahn. Despite appearing in the video for only a short period of time, the music video actually focuses on a day in the life of a Korean businessman who is stuck in his daily hectic routine.

The businessman (Kenneth Choi) wakes up as early as 6 in the morning everyday and encounters a world that consists of black, white and grey as everyone around him dresses the same and he feels that his life is filled with nothing but dullness. However, he flings his breifcase and starts dancing once he enters his office and his colleagues are bewildered and shocked looking at his unexpected behaviour. Nonetheless, they give into his energy and begin to join in but he still fails to court the woman he is attracted to.Then he enters a secret passageway containing OneRepublic and he watches them performing before his eyes. As soon as he steps back into the office, everything turns colourful and he was dancing happily with the woman he likes. Unfortunately, everything turns out to be his imagination and the video ends with everyone leaving the elevator.
