Eminent for its wide array of gourmet tea selection, The Teavana is a magnificent Victorian style cafe with gorgeous interior designs. It merely appears like one of the scenes from the Alice in Wonderlands and the environment is ideal for those with affinity for having high tea with exquisite porcelain tea sets in pastel color theme place. Other than prettily made scones, muffins and cupcakes for the classic English afternoon tea, the Teavana also offers mains such as pasta, pizzas and the likes. In addition, the cafe also sells teapots, teas and other accessories.







On a scorching hot Friday afternoon, my friends and I went to visit this cafe to have our lunch for we found out that there was a 'buy one free one' mains promotion that was going on. The place was really pretty and dreamy and beautifully decorated with floral prints and sofas. We ordered different pastas such as the creamy greenish spaghetti with crab meat, soft shell crab and fish roe (RM32.90), spicy mixed seafood alio olio(RM32.90), fresh black squid ink spaghetti with spicy sausages (RM32.90) and the likes. Unfortunately, the soft shell crab and black squid ink spaghetti were out of order so they were changed to fettuccini smoked duck with lemon garlic cream pastas. #sads

I have to admit that despite the disappointment, the smoked duck pastas tasted amazingly delicious and we also took the opportunity to look around the cafe and snapped some photos. Much to our surprise, there were actually two rooms that were opened for customers (probably for functions) and they were meticulously decorated with vintage English furnitures and electronics. Unfortunately, the wifi service was down on that day. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely return to this cafe again in the future! What do you think about the Teavana?
